Deine Fähigkeiten

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Umwelt- /Klimawissenschaften oder ähnliche Fachrichtungen
• Für die Senior-Position: 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer anderen Beratung, einem Finanzinstitut oder einem Unternehmen
• Sehr gute analytische und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten, idealerweise Daten- und Modellierungserfahrung
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigenorganisation
• Affinität zum Projektmanagement und Organisationgeschick
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Eine intrinsische Motivation für das Thema

Deine Aufgaben

• Analystentätigkeiten wie Recherche und Datenauswertung
• Mithilfe bei der Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Lösungsvorschlägen für den Kunden
• Unterstützung in der Konzeptionierung von Softwarelösungen
• Unterstützung in der Erstellung von Berichten und PowerPoint-Präsentationen
• Anwendung von Rahmenwerken und Regulierungen auf die kundenspezifischen Fragestellungen
• Selbstständige Durchführung von Projektteilen bzw. Arbeitspaketen
• Selbstständige Koordinierung und Delegation an Werkstudent:innen und Praktikant:innen
• Vorbereitung von internen sowie Kundenterminen
• Mitarbeit an Social Media-Postings und Blog-Beiträgen

Your skills

• Completed studies in economics, (industrial) engineering, environmental/climate sciences or similar subjects
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a consulting environment, a relevant department in a financial institution or company, or the like
• Very good analytical and solution-oriented skills, ideally data and modelling experience
• Independent working style and self-organisation
• Strong experience in project management, organisational skills and team leadership
• Strong communication skills and the pleasure of guiding people, passing on knowledge and inspiring enthusiasm for sustainable finance
• An intrinsic motivation for the topic
• Experience and/or existing expertise in specific topics, such as sustainable finance, financial sector, decarbonisation and net zero, climate scenarios & sector pathways, CO2 accounting, biodiversity, etc.
• Knowledge of consulting basics such as problem solving techniques, hypothesis-based work, top-down communication, project structuring and time management is an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and German

Your role

• Management of projects and sub-projects
• Steering of the project team from the consulting and client side
• Contact person for clients
• Development of solutions in the conception and implementation of questions for clients
• Managing and implementing the preparation of reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Application of frameworks and regulations to client-specific issues
• Independent coordination and delegation to consultants, student trainees and interns
• Moderation of internal and client meetings and workshops

Your role

• Significant expert contributions in client projects (presentations, reports, participation in workshops and meetings)
